The Game and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, graphics, audio, and design) are owned by zyzzyx.io and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. User Content

The Game may allow you to create, submit, or share content. You retain ownership of any content you create, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Game.

6. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. If you are a minor, please obtain permission from your parent or guardian before making any purchases.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZYZZYX.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zyzzyx.io operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
